Conditions de location
• The prices displayed on the website include:
- Consumption of electricity, water and gas
- Final cleaning
- Sheets, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels for people occupying the accommodation.
AIR ACONDITIONING/HEATING ARE NOT INCLUED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
THE PET PRICE IS 25€.
• If you wish to change sheets and towels during your stay you must hire them at the office on the day of your arrival. The price of the change of sheets and towels is 25 euros per person taxes included.
• The price does NOT include the current tourist tax or taxes.
• In the event that the reserved accommodation, already occupied by the client, is not at his discretion in perfect conditions of cleaning, should call immediately before being occupied to Oleamar, for the review of the same by personnel of Oleamar, and this will decide whether or not to re-clean, assuming that no action was taken as indicated olemar. • The person who makes the reservation has the obligation to make a declaration of how many people will occupy the house at the same time of making the reservation. Such documentation must be submitted simultaneously to the reservation. • The house can not be occupied by more people than those indicated on the website.
Changes in reservation
• Oleamar, reserves the right to replace the accommodation with another one of similar or better characteristics, when due to force majeure, outside the Agency's , the accommodation can not be occupied.
• When you arrive, the security deposit corresponding to your accommodation on your credit card will be blocked and unlocked within 10 days of departure, provided there is no incident

During their stay
• The house can not be occupied by more people than those indicated on the website at the time of booking. The tourist tax in the accommodation of Oleamar is 0.45 € per night (maximum computation 7 days and under 16 years exempt). The payment of this fee is not included in the price
• The payment of this rate is subject to regulatory and quantitative changes according to the current legislation.
• If you find a deficiency or irregularity in the accommodation, notify Oleamar as soon as possible. If this deficiency will not be attributed to you the day of leaving the accommodation.
En raison de l'état d'alarme en Espagne en raison du Covid-19, Oleamar vous informe de la politique d'annulation de réservation.
- Il est nécessaire de confirmer par e-mail l'annulation de la réservation jusqu'à un minimum de 3 jours avant l'arrivée. Ne pas le faire perd l'argent de la pré-réservation.
- En aucun cas, l'argent de la réservation ne sera pas remboursé, mais il sera conservé pour une nouvelle réservation à des dates différentes, en respectant toujours les prix de chaque saison.
La nouvelle réservation peut se faire dans la même maison ou dans une maison différente, toujours en fonction des prix saisonniers de chaque maison publiés sur le site Oleamar.
