<\/strong>\u2022 The prices displayed on the website include:

AIR ACONDITIONING\/HEATING\u00a0 ARE NOT INCLUED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.<\/p>\r\n

THE PET PRICE IS 25\u20ac.<\/p>\r\n


\u2022 If you wish to change sheets and towels during your stay you must hire them at the office on the day of your arrival. The price of the change of sheets and towels is 25 euros per person taxes included.
\u2022 The price does NOT include the current tourist tax or taxes.
\u2022 In the event that the reserved accommodation, already occupied by the client, is not at his discretion in perfect conditions of cleaning, should call immediately before being occupied to Oleamar, for the review of the same by personnel of Oleamar, and this will decide whether or not to re-clean, assuming that no action was taken as indicated olemar. Reservation
<\/strong>\u2022 The person who makes the reservation has the obligation to make a declaration of how many people will occupy the house at the same time of making the reservation. Such mandatory communication must, necessarily, be accompanied by a photocopy of passports, ID cards or identity documents of each and every occupant of the dwelling. Such documentation must be submitted simultaneously to the reservation. If you do not receive any of the documents, you must bring them to the office on the day of your arrival, so that Oleamar can make photocopies. All this in accordance with IRP \/ 418\/2010, dated August 5, in force since October 1, 2010, on the obligation of registration and communication to the General Directorate of Police of persons staying in accommodation located in Catalonia.
\u2022 The house can not be occupied by more people than those indicated on the website.<\/p>\r\n

Changes in reservation<\/strong>
<\/strong>\u2022 Oleamar, reserves the right to replace the accommodation with another one of similar or better characteristics, when due to force majeure, outside the Agency's , the accommodation can not be occupied.<\/p>\r\n

Bail
<\/strong>\u2022 When you arrive, the security deposit corresponding to your accommodation on your credit card will be blocked and unlocked within 10 days of departure, provided there is no incident<\/p>\r\n

Check In
<\/strong>The entrance to the accommodation will be done on the day ...... and at 10 hours. In case you leave the house on your way out
\u2022 Accommodation must be delivered neat and collected. Make sure you have closed all doors and windows to the outside before coming to the office to turn over the keys and turn off all the lights. You are responsible for throwing your trash bags and leaving the house tidy and collected. In case of leaving trash bags in the accommodation and \/ or that the house is delivered especially dirty, or disorderly, you will be exposed to lose the deposit or that you are discounted a <\/strong>bonus for extra cleaning that will amount to 200 euros.

During their stay
<\/strong>\u2022 The house can not be occupied by more people than those indicated on the website at the time of booking. In case of excess of people in the house, the agency will not admit people who exceed this maximum occupancy, cancel the reservation and completely evict the dwelling. Damage
